~ SSEESESESEEESESESESSEESSSSESES Wy ingredients: e 2russet potatoes ¢ 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins e 1/2 tsp paprika, cajun seasoning, garlic Voo Doo Sauce: 2 TBS light mayo 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 TBS hot sauce 1 TBS hot honey ’ tsp cajun seasoning e shredded cheese (2 TBS per bowl) ¢ optional caramelized onion or green veggie of choice "recipe is for 3 bowls, modify amounts to fit your needs” INADA: macros (per serving) (approximate) 2 Slice potatoes into even fry shape (I like mine to be pretty thin). Mist with oil and season with salt and pepper. Air fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 10-15 more minutes or until crisp. Prepare chicken by seasoning both sides with seasonings listed, then air fry 400F for 5 minutes, flip, 5 more min. Let it rest for a couple minutes on a cutting board then dice into small bite sized pieces Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order: -Divide fries evenly amongst 3 bowls -Optional caramelized onion -Divide chicken chunks evenly -Drizzle of Voo Doo sauce -2 TBS shredded cheese *if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating* 50 | GOHOME
