ingredients:
2 russet potatoes (diced)
1 lb. lean beef
ltsp au jus seasoning packet
1 tsp ranch seasoning packet
Dice potatoes into even sized cubes, season
generously with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Air
fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 5-10

1 TBS zesty or southwestern more minutes or until crisp.
