Makayla Thentas ingredients: 2 russet potatoes (diced) 1 Ib. lean beef 1/2 packet au jus seasoning diced green pepper, onion, mushroom 4 TBS cheese sauce of choice (thinned with 2 TBS skim milk) 2 TBS spicy/southwestern ranch or chipotle sauce 4 TBS shredded provolone or pepperjack cheese optional french fried onion for topping *recipe is for 4 bowls, modify amounts to fit your needs* SNQO WA: macros (per serving) (approximate) Dice potatoes into even sized cubes, season generously with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Air fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 5-10 more minutes or until crisp. Cook ground beef in a skillet (or sliced steak), and season with au jus seasoning, | just sprinkle the dry seasoning over the meat, add a splash of water then stir. (if adding sauteed veggies, cook these along with your meat until softened) Assemble 4 bowls/tupperware in this order: -1/2 cup diced potatoes -1/2 cup ground beef -sauteed veggies (to taste) -1/2 TBS drizzle of sauce -1 TBS cheese sauce -]-2 TBS shredded cheese -optional french fried onion before eating *if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating* 53
