ingredients:
¢ 2-3 russet potatoes
e 1/2 tsp each: seasoning salt, garlic,
paprika, chili powder, cumin
e 1lb. lean beef
* taco seasoning packet + taco sauce
or salsa of choice
1/2 cup fat free refried beans
¢ 3 TBS queso or nacho cheese of
choice
* 3 TBS shredded cheese
* optional side of pico
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
¢ greek yogurt
¢ lettuce
¢ fajita veggies
“recipe is for 4 bowls, (I typically prep 3-4 ata
time) if following suggested servings, modify
amounts to fit your needs*

Slice potatoes into even fry shape (I like
mine to be pretty thin). Mist with oil and
toss in listed seasonings. Air fry (or bake)
on 400F for 10 min, shake, 10-15 more
minutes or until crisp.
Prepare taco meat by browning ground
beef, then add taco seasoning packet and
a splash of taco sauce or salsa. Mix in 1/2
cup refried beans and stir until combined.
Assemble 4 bowls/tupperware in this
order:
-Divide fries evenly amongst 4 bowls
-1/2 cup cooked taco meat
-1 TBS shredded mexican cheese
-]-2 TBS queso or nacho cheese
-optional other toppings of choice
*if eating leftover, store in air tight
containers and microwave to reheat
before eating*
