SEESESESESESESESSESSSESESSES SES ingredients: ¢ 2-3 russet potatoes e 1/2 tsp each: seasoning salt, garlic, paprika, chili powder, cumin e 1lb. lean beef * taco seasoning packet + taco sauce or salsa of choice 1/2 cup fat free refried beans ¢ 3 TBS queso or nacho cheese of choice * 3 TBS shredded cheese * optional side of pico OPTIONAL TOPPINGS: ¢ greek yogurt ¢ lettuce ¢ fajita veggies “recipe is for 4 bowls, (I typically prep 3-4 ata time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* SINMQOWA: macros (per serving) (approximate) Slice potatoes into even fry shape (I like mine to be pretty thin). Mist with oil and toss in listed seasonings. Air fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 10-15 more minutes or until crisp. Prepare taco meat by browning ground beef, then add taco seasoning packet and a splash of taco sauce or salsa. Mix in 1/2 cup refried beans and stir until combined.
