ingredients:
* 1/2 cup COOKED pasta of choice (I
like shells here)
¢ llight laughing cow cheese
* 3-4 oz chicken (see directions)
* 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
¢ 1TBS bacon bits
1/4 cup cottage cheese (blended)
or greek yogurt/light sour cream
* 2 TBS shredded colby jack cheese
¢ 1tsp chipotle or southwestern
ranch sauce of choice
* optional green veggie of choice

at a time) if following suggested servings,

Prepare chicken (or use rotisserie chicken
in a pinch), | like to use crispy chicken here
and air fry it then dice into chunks, Real
Good brand is my favorite
In each bowl add 1/2 cup cooked pasta,
laughing cow cheese, cottage cheese,
seasoning, and your chopped chicken, stir
until combined
If adding green veggie, stir it in as well
Add a drizzle of sauce, shredded cheese
and bacon bits on top and continue
microwaving for 30 seconds or until
hot/melty.
*if eating leftover, store in air tight
containers and microwave to reheat
before eating*
