AAAAGAAAAISAAAASSAAAS SS AAESS SS CHEESY PHILLY BAKES ingredients: * 1/4 cup rice dry * 1/3 cup beef broth + 1/4 tsp ranch seasoning * 2-3 TBS cream of chicken (OR cream of mushroom) * 1/2 cup lean beef (see directions) Ā« diced green pepper, onion, mushroom, to taste * 1TBS cheese sauce of choice *recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* IMOOWA: Yield/servings: 1 Calories: 290 Fat: llg Protein: 28g _ Carbs: 17g (approximate) Ā„ Prepare meat, | brown mine in a skillet and add approx 2 tsp au jus seasoning and splash of water Saute veggies until softened In a small glass tupperware or baking dish, add rice, broth, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup, mix gently Stir in 1/2 cup of your cooked meat and sauteed veggies.
