ingredients:
* 50z (dry) pasta, | like linguine for
these
* 6 boneless skinless chicken
tenderloins
* Veggies of choice—I like to do
sauteed cabbage, onion, and/or
zucchini
SAUCE:
* 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I like Panda
Express brand)
¢ 3 TBS soy sauce
* 1tsp minced garlic
* 1/4 tsp (or more) ginger, red pepper
flakes
¢ OPTIONAL 2 tsp peanut butter
optional toppings like light yum yum
sauce, sesame seeds
“recipe is for 3 bowls, (I typically prep 3-4
at a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs*

Season both sides of your thawed chicken
tenderloins with salt, pepper, garlic, and
paprika. Air fry 400F for 5 minutes, flip, 5
more minutes. Slice or dice into bite sized
chunks, you can also glaze with teriyaki
sauce here.
Prepare optional sauteed veggies of choice, |
like to saute chopped cabbage, onion until
softened, add a splash of water or soy sauce
as you're cooking. Stir sauce ingredients
together with cooked noodles in a bowl and
mix with your veggies.
Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order:
-divide noodle mixture evenly amongst
bowls
-divide chicken evenly
-optional drizzle of yam yum sauce or
sesame seeds
*if eating leftover, store in air tight containers
and microwave to reheat before eating*
