Β’ llowcarb tortilla (I like La Banderita)
e 3-4 oz chicken (see directions)
e 1 pepperjack laughing cow cheese
1/4 tsp fajita seasoning
Β’ 1TBS salsa verde or any enchilda
sauce
Β’ 1 TBS white queso of choice
Β’ 1TBS tortilla strips, crushed
e 2 TBS shredded mexican cheese

Any chicken works for these! Rotisserie is
great in a pinch, but when making fresh |
like to season 2 chicken tenderloins with
fajita seasoning and air fry 400F for 5 min,
each side.
Lay tortilla on flat surface and spread
laughing cow cheese and fajita seasoning
over the surface of your tortilla using the
back of a spoon
Add (shredded) chicken, salsa verde,
crushed tortilla strips, shredded cheese
evenly over surface then roll tightly! Slice
into small sections with a sharp knife
Air fry (or bake) 370 for 5-7 minute or until
golden brown and melty! You can also eat
these cold if preferred.
