Oe te Se te Se ee he eel hehe ee Re eee ee Ree ingredients: * 2boneless skinless chicken tenderloins (or 4 0z any chicken) ¢ llight laughing cow cheese 1/3 cup (blended) cottage cheese or greek yogurt ¢ % tsp BBQ seasoning e 2TBS BBQ sauce e 2 TBS shredded cheese ¢ 1TBS bacon bits * optional caramelized onion * optional toppings: crushed french fried onion and protein chips for dipping “recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* SNMAD WA: macros (per serving) (approximate) Prepare chicken, | like to season them with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika then air fry 400 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces), rotisserie chicken also works great in this one! Add all ingredients to small bowl or tupperware (except shredded cheese which goes on top) Mix well then add shredded cheese Microwave for 1-2 min (or bake) until hot and melty, top with a sprinkle of crushed french fried onion if preferred. | like to eat this with ranch Quest chips and sliced veggies! *if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating* 92 | GO HOME
