CHIPOTLE QUESO BOWLS ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins * fajita seasoning (to your preference) * lrusset potato * any green veggie of choice (broccoli or zucchini is my fav here) ¢ 1TBS shredded cheese ¢ 1TBS chipotle sauce * 1 TBS queso of choice * optional french fried onions for crunch “recipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* SNMAD WA: AT Te SBE me we ed ae | 'Yield/servings: 1 Calories: 352 Fat: 14g Protein: 27g 7 Carbs: 29g (approximate) i ie de: Be Bee i Dee Bg dee a <> —_ Dice potato into bite sized cubes, mist with oil, season generously then air fry 400 for 10 minutes, shake, 10-15 more minutes until done. Prepare green veggie here as well if using. Prepare chicken by seasoning both sides with fajita seasoning, then air fry 400 5 minutes each side. Dice into bite sized pieces and add on top of potatoes Drizzle both sauces on top and finish with a sprinkle of cheese Microwave to melt + serve with a sprinkle of french fried onion and side salad of choice 93 conn |
